I thought these were live streams. Whats up with that?

The answer is twofold. First, the satellites that ships use to provide webcam images are the same satellites they use for navigation, communication, and charging guests credit cards. Webcams are not top priority uses for them. Thus small, static images. Second, Cruise Cam is designed for use at sea and abroad where internet service can be very expensive and slow. Static images provide the best balance of viewing and bandwidth. That said, these are realtime images that are updated every minute or so. You can refresh them at will.

Why is my favorite cruise line/ship/port not listed?

Not all ships and ports have webcams. For port cams, we try to feature harbor views where possible. When harbor views are unavailable, we try to select a cam that reflects a unique and interesting aspect of the port. If you have a port we need to know about, please let us know.

Wish more lines had webcams. But this is a nice collection of resources for cruisers and wannabes. The ships whistle alone is worth the price.

This is a great app for cruise lovers like me, but you need to make a moving cam! Please! Im not going to delete though. And on onboard cams let you look around the ship. Thanks!

From port cams to bridge cams and where possible interior cams. But then they go the extra mile with port radio feeds & links to port & ship schedules, so you can know when to check in to see that ship take to the open seas! Great app!

I got this and I am amazed!!!! It works really good. It only crashes because u make it crash ur self. If I could rate this higher I would!!!!

I love this app but its not worth 2$ but idont regret buying it!!!

This is my absolute favorite app! You can see the bridge cams, port cams, city cams, port and ship schedules, and maritime radio. It is great during the Alaska cruise season because you can see all of the ships that go there! When i was on my Alaska cruise last summer on the Oosterdam I saw myself and my ship in Juneau. I wish the app would have more cameras of the cruise ship docks then of just buildings, but overall you wont be waisting your money. It is definetly worth a $1.99. This Cruise Cam app is excellent and I love it!

Some bad moments

Application crashed multiple times after installing. Cameras do not work. Have tried multiple times with different ships and get an error message on the screen.

THESE ARENT EVEN LIVE PICTURES! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! SCAM

The concept of this app is fantastic and its potential is huge. It definately needs more ships / cruise lines added to its content list, however! Add content, and Ill raise my review score.

Not good Ive been on a cuise and you chould save your money for a real cruise on roal carribben its owsome the cuise not the app.

All pictures are snap shots, its kinda like looking at someones photo album from their cruise. And when I went to listen to the port radio the app crashed. I think Im getting seasick.

This app has a ton of potential. Right now there arent many ships or cruise lines. And theere are only images. No videos. Also the port cameras half the time arent even near water. And most of the time there isnt one ship in sight. If there were videos of ships pulling up and docking and pulling out that would be awesome. There should also be live video feed from the ship, not images. This app has a ton of potential and I hope there is a masive update soon.
